By accessing and using the Eco-Xent website (ecoxent.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Eco-Xent is a Pakistan-based organic herbal wellness brand founded by Ayesha Rao. We specialize in 100% natural, chemical-free personal care products including:

Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website or via WhatsApp, you agree to the following:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method across Pakistan
• No advance payment is required unless specified for custom orders
• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (₨) and are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or unavailability

Delivery & Shipping

Eco-Xent delivers nationwide across Pakistan. Our delivery terms are as follows:

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your location
• Free delivery is available on qualifying orders
• WhatsApp tracking updates are provided after dispatch
• Eco-Xent is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a 100% refund or replacement
• To initiate a return, send a photo of the product via WhatsApp to 0329-5991062
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

Product Usage & Disclaimer

All Eco-Xent products are made from natural and organic ingredients. However, please note:

• Results may vary from person to person based on skin and hair type
• We recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin
• Eco-Xent products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
• Consult a dermatologist if you experience any allergic reaction
• Keep products away from eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water
