When Are You Eligible for a Refund or Exchange?

You may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Damaged Product — You received a product that was physically damaged, broken, or leaking during delivery.
Wrong Item Delivered — You received a product that is different from what you ordered.
Incomplete Order — A product or item was missing from your delivered order.
Expired or Defective Product — You received a product that is past its expiry date or is clearly defective in quality.
📸 Important: To process your request, please provide a clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product at the time of reporting. This helps us resolve your issue faster.

When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

We love our customers and always try to be fair. However, we are unable to process a refund or return in the following cases:

The product has been used, opened (more than a first check), or tampered with.
The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the delivery.
You changed your mind or ordered the wrong product by mistake.
The product packaging is damaged due to your handling after delivery.
A minor skin reaction occurs — as results may vary based on individual skin type. Please do a patch test before use.
No proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided with the request.

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

Once approved, we will either dispatch a replacement product or process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may request a return after delivery if it meets our return conditions above.
